- The width/s, finish, and quantity of flooring that you wish to purchase. If yours is a lumber order, we need to know the thickness and quantity. Order minimums: Flooring 400 sq ft; Lumber 200 bd ft.
- If you are also ordering stair parts and/ or moldings with your order, we need to know dimensions and quantities.
- Do you wish to pay by mail-in check or click through from the invoice to our online payment system (processed by Square)?
- Your billing address - usually the address associated with the card or checking account with which you intend to pay.
- Your shipping address if different from the billing address.
- Your phone number AND email address so we can communicate with you about your order.
- The best phone number at which the freight company can contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. IMPORTANT: Freight companies will not pick-up an order for shipping if there is no phone number for the recipient.
