- You will receive: 2 pieces 8"-12" long, via USPS Priority mail.
- If you would like two different widths, please request that in the "note to seller" section at checkout.
- Shipping & handling are included for the continental USA.
- Taxes: Virginia only at 5.3%.
- The price for samples covers our cost of flooring material, postage, staff time to prepare your sample order, and staff time and travel to mail your samples. We don't make a cent on samples orders!
- Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. NOTE, we no longer provide a courtesy call if there appears to be an error in a purchaser's samples order - the last person we helped this way was SO rude that it just isn't worth it to us to deal with that stress. The ONLY EXCEPTION is if a sample order error is notified to us by the purchaser prior to preparation of the samples for despatch, in which case a refund may be provided at our discretion minus the transaction fee.
